After joining Oasis as Programme Manager in 2018, I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of a team who are so passionate about youth work and making a difference to the children & young people that come through the doors to our centres. 
In September 2025 I became the new CIP CEO and continue to support the wider work of the organisation.
